Hello to the beautiful spring season where we see God’s new mercies and creations grow and flourish around us. We are so thankful for what the Lord will continue to do in this season, and we could not do it without YOU! In a time where our world is full of unknowns with the spread of a horrible virus, we are thankful for what God continues to do through his ministry in our schools and facilities in Central Asia. Here are a few testimonies from our students that we pray will bless your heart wherever you may find yourself today.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
JOSHUA 1:9
TESTIMONIES OF GOD’S GRACE
Hello! My name is Islam and I am 11 years old. When I came to the orphanage as a preschooler, I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. At first, I didn’t know how to control my saliva or how to move independently, and I could not hold my pen. For the past 4 years, God changed me, lifted me up and I started to move independently. Now I can go down the stairs by myself and my salivation is in good condition. I learned how to write, count up to 10 and make sounds. I enjoy taking part in different events with my fellow students. I believe that God will continue to heal me and give me strength to continue to dance for Him! I am so thankful for the prayers of our teachers and staff!
Hi there, my name is Dayana and I am in 5thgrade at the Jarbashy School. During the winter holidays, I visited my relatives in Kazakhstan and witnessed a miracle. I was told that one of my relatives had cancer and the doctors could not help her. By the grace of God, she heard about Jesus and accepted Him into her life. She prayed and asked other believers to pray for her. After some time, through prayer, she received full healing from her cancer. When I heard about this story, I was so happy that we have moral lessons in our school, where we get to hear about many miracles that Jesus does just like this. I am so happy that Jesus is a loving and healing God.
We are so thankful for God’s many blessings and miracles in these children’s lives and so many others! We also consider youto be one of those blessings with your generous donations.
As the coronavirus continues to spread into nearby countries, we first and foremost want to ask you to join us in prayer. We, not only ask for our Father’s protection over those in Central Asia, but also for our brothers and sisters in Christ around the entire world.
Unfortunately, our financial support has dwindled and we desperately need your help to continue to pay our teachers and orphanage caretakers and facilitiesas they are still fully in service & taking care of these precious children. As the situation is rapidly changing, a state of emergency has been put in place and everyone must stay in their homes where roads are blocked off. Children are on extended vacation but will continue distance learning.
We understand that this pandemic has affected many financially, but we ask you to pray and consider continuing to donate above and beyond your normal giving if able. Your support is greatly appreciated & we are eternally grateful. Thank you for continuing to pray over our students and ministry! God is doing great things!
God bless you and your family!
